I am thrilled to write a recommendation for Brit Countryman, from Baird & Warner. I’ve known Brit for most of her life so when I unexpectedly had my uncle’s house in Carpentersville, IL to sell, I knew exactly who to call. I live in Wisconsin but I knew Brit had her license in both WI and IL. She met me at the house to look it over and give me suggestions. This large house was filled with birds, fish, trees/plants, antiques and lots and lots of other items. Brit was able to help me make contacts to begin the clean out. It was quite the process and she was so helpful every step of the way. Brit is a wonderful Realtor with amazing knowledge. I knew immediately I had made the right decision. Once the house was almost cleared out, she again came and we talked about options. At all times Brit was patient, caring, compassionate and respectful. She put me on her email list and I started receiving notifications as new homes came on the market. It took a while to find the right job to make the move but once I did Brittany was there ready to assist. Then it happened. House came on the market, I asked to see it as soon as possible. The next morning she calls and says the sellers have an offer from someone else already. I asked that we put an offer on it as well then too. She asked if I was sure and between what I had seen online and what she remembered from showing it months before, we submitted an offer. She directed me to send the sellers a letter explaining my desire to buy their home. I did and I truly feel it help sway the sellers to accept my offer. By the end of the night, about 10:30 PM I signed for the house and the process started. Brittany, from that point on, kept me in the loop as milestones were met. Then she sat with me during the closing process. She was a huge support, for a person that was coming in from out of state. She presented a side of WI and IL the people in these states should be proud of. True compassion for her job and if ever I am in need she will no doubt be the one I call to sell or buy another home. I personally have owned 9 homes in 4 states. I’ve dealt with many a realitors I’ve switched fired got angry with been spoken rudely towards even saying I was to picky. Well Brittany takes this way so much farther than someone whom is just a realtor out for the fasted easiest buck they can make even though that’s why we work is all about making money and the most off, but she takes this to a whole new level and out of the park for whe Brittany is helping you find your forever home she understands people want certain things and as like us being disabled certainly made it tougher for her to find the home we could afford and a nice home in a nice area with a nice fenced yard was tough to do for we only had so much and had to stay withen a monthly amount and be a nice home, the search was one. Brittany had most like a 1-3/4 hr drive one way to get to the area we was looking for seemingly was the area we could afford and she did so with a huge smile, always curteous always professional but a lot of fun just to talk with, we never felt as she was tired of all the back and forth the try’s on a house the letdowns odd days late days even days when we believed she actually had something else going on but yet found and made to time for us. A lot could just be said but saying that we loved working with her she loves what she does and never never did not answer to our needs at any time. Brittany we thank you for all you’ve done to help my wife and I get into a home that will accommodate our disability withen a more than easy budget for us.
